The role sits in their rapidly expanding, Asset Services team. They have recently won a number of high profile mandates.The Role:This is a critical leadership role responsible for delivering and developing the operational and compliance functions within their Asset Services (AS) service lines. The primary responsibilities include the oversight of day-to-day operations, strategic planning, supervision & operational performance of AS service lines, business development/ client pitches, new business mobilisation, and relevant projects.This role involves coordinating with various AS teams such as Client Finance, Commercial, OMC & PRS to ensure seamless operations across all platforms.Best suited to candidates with excellent leadership and organisational experience and a strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in the Irish property sector with a focus on Property & Asset Management.Key Responsibilities:Work very closely with Head of Asset Services in developing and implementing strategic plans and managing local stakeholder relationships.Provide strategic leadership and vision to drive operational excellence across the AS business. Collaborate with the wider AS team in developing and implementing business strategies, operational plans, and initiatives.Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, compliance, cost optimisation, and profitability across each business line.Provide overall oversight of daily AS business operations and technology, ensuring adherence to operational standards and procedures.Monitor operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.Drive digital transformation initiatives and leverage technology available across the Asset Services business to improve operational processes and client experiences.Provide oversight of compliance in line with regulatory and industry standards including adherence to EHS (Health & Safety), PSRA, RTB, and MUD Act requirements.Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations/ administration team. Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to the wider Asset Services business.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, local and global colleagues.Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate operational risks.Champion change initiatives and lead organisational transformation efforts.Oversee strategic project management activities, including IT integration, cost management initiatives, resource allocation, compliance, and risk assessment.Key Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations/ compliance management, preferably in the real estate, asset management or professional services industry.Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in the Irish property sector with a focus on property and asset management.Extensive experience of managing services against performance targets and within operational budgets.Extensive people management experience within a property services environment.A track record of effectively leading, motivating and performance management of teams to ensure service delivery and strategic outcomes are achieved.Proficiency in Property Management software an advantage but not essential.Seniority levelDirectorEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAdministrative, Management, and Information TechnologyIndustriesReal Estate and Facilities Services
