Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the entire sales process from enquiry to dispatch
* Assist clients to ensure a seamless experience
* Liaise with customers via email, phone, and in-person at our trade counter
* Translate technical sales information into professional quotes and orders
* Liaise with local suppliers, track deliveries, and receipt stock
* Keep systems up to date and ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
* A Technical Aptitude is ESSENTIAL for this role
* Ideal with Pipes, Fittings & Values or related product knowledge
* Comfortable working with data and figures
* Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and general office tools
* Outstanding Communication Skills - Both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach
* Capable of prioritizing tasks in a busy environment
