About the Role - We are seeking an Operations Efficiency Lead to report and help improve operational efficiency across our stores.
This role is being offered on an 18-month fixed term basis Responsibilities In conjunction with one team member, manage and maintain the reporting of operational efficiency in Avoca including but not limited to stock management, cash management, food cost management, labour management Drive operational efficiency, cost reduction, and best-in-class business practices.
Collaborate with key departments (Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing, Culinary, Supply Chain) to align on company priorities.
Write and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistency across all operations.
Utilize data-driven insights to improve efficiency, productivity, revenue, and customer experience.
Qualifications Retail, hospitality, or operational management will be advantageous, but not necessary Required Skills Strong leadership experience with a track record in business process improvement.
Strong communication skills with management & front-line workers.
Basic financial understanding, budget management, and financial acumen Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
