In the context of recent and planned legislative, health and social care developments, of growing demand for our services and of our 2nd Statement of Strategy 'The Next Stage', Sage is now recruiting for the following roles: x 5 (Dublin – Cork – Galway)The purpose of this role is to provide an enhanced independent advocacy service to older people and vulnerable adults in transitions between care settings with a particular emphasis on supporting hospital and community-based staff in managing transfers of care and transitional care issues related, but not limited to decision-making capacity, safeguarding, protection of liberty, end of life care and identifying systems issues that arise.
The work will require building effective working relationships with Senior Management Teams of Integrated Care Areas and the acute hospitals within them.
Regional Managers x 2 ) & As our service expands, we are moving towards having a manager for each of the 6 health and social care regions.
Regional Managers will support, guide and manage the service in each region and across all care settings, will work closely with the Legal Support Unit, colleagues in the Service Management Group and will report to the Case Management & Support (Asst CEO).This HR focused post will lead on issues related to day-to-day HR operations, health & safety, recruitment, staff support including mentoring and skills development, and will report to Operations & Governance (Deputy CEO)..Nothing about you / without you?Quality Review & Data Analyst x1Working as part of the growing Information & Support Service team, the primary purpose of this role is to ensure the quality and effectiveness of data recorded in the Salesforce CRM system and to provide detailed analysis of service activities and trends, including qualitative data related to systemic issues.
Communications & Information Resources Assistant x1 (Part Time)The purpose of this role is to ensure the effective communication of the organisation's objectives by assisting with media and communications, publications, and maintaining accurate and relevant information resources.
