Job Title: Project Quantity Surveyor
The Commercial Management Department at CET Connect, a leader in structured cabling services, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As part of the MTM Family, we bring together the legacy of CET Connect with the strength and innovation of MTM Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
* To meet the daily demand within our projects across Europe, you will work closely with a Contract Manager focused on managing all aspects of the projects, including cost reporting, change orders, valuation submittal and certification, programmes and preparation of the final account.
* You will participate in tendering of projects to understand the base scope being tendered in collaboration with our estimating department.
* Preparation of all commercial aspects of the project file prior to project commencement.
* Cost reporting of all projects on a weekly basis.
* Ongoing project performance projection.
* Submittal of weekly change orders as they occur.
* Submittal of monthly valuations.
* Chase certification of valuations and payment of same.
* Project cashflow projections.
* Ongoing reporting of project status and performance.
* Risk identification and subsequent mitigation.
* Issue management as dictated by the contract documents.
* Awareness Knowledge of Contracts and contract law.
Requirements:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word & Excel.
* Must be self-motivated and punctual.
* Must be able to manage multiple tasks and have excellent follow-up skills.
* Must have high attention to detail.
* Ability and passion to get issues identified and resolved expediently.
* Willing to further develop in areas such as contract law and measurement.
* Commercially aware.
