Master Data Management (MDM) Architect
We are seeking an experienced Master Data Management (MDM) Architect to drive the strategic evolution of our Oracle Fusion Platform applications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Planning and Design
o Develop and execute the architectural vision and roadmap for CDM and PDH within the Oracle Fusion ecosystem.
o Ensure alignment with enterprise goals and compliance with data governance standards.
* System Optimization and Integration
o Lead the evolution of CDM and PDH by identifying enhancements, integrations, and performance improvements.
o Design and implement integrations using Oracle OIC to streamline data workflows across systems.
* Stakeholder Collaboration
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and operations, to ensure requirements are met.
o Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for CDM and PDH systems during internal discussions and vendor engagements.
* Data Governance and Best Practices
o Establish and enforce data governance frameworks, ensuring data consistency, quality, and security.
o Promote and implement best practices in MDM architecture and system integration.
* Troubleshooting and Support
o Lead the resolution of complex technical issues related to CDM and PDH.
o Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development and support teams.
Required Skills:
* Expert-level knowledge of Oracle Fusion Customer Data Management (CDM) and Product Data Hub (PDH) systems.
* Proven experience implementing and optimizing Oracle Fusion MDM solutions.
* Solid expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), with hands-on experience in designing and deploying integrations.
* Strong understanding of data architecture principles, MDM best practices, and data governance frameworks.
* Proficiency in working with enterprise systems and cross-functional teams.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
* Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
