As a Payroll Associate at our client's company, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional payroll services to clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Processing weekly payrolls for a diverse portfolio of clients with accuracy and precision.
* Handling Revenue returns efficiently and effectively.
* Managing bank payments and resolving any related queries or issues.
* Responding to day-to-day client inquiries regarding their payroll matters.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
* Conducting general administrative tasks as required.
To succeed in this position, candidates should possess the following essential skills and qualifications:
* 1-2 years of prior experience in payroll management, preferably with relevant certifications.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications.
* A proven ability to meet tight deadlines consistently, demonstrating exceptional time management skills.
* IPASS Certification is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
* A high level of initiative, combined with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
