About the Role
As a Store Manager with one of Ireland's leading Charity Retailers, you will be responsible for driving both turnover and revenues in our Ballinrobe, Co Mayo store. You will supervise a strong team, focusing on financial KPIs, customer service, internal audits, standards, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Meet and exceed ongoing retail store sales targets.
* Ensure all visual merchandising standards are attractive and in line with weekly changes.
* Recruit and develop staff, volunteers, and social activation scheme employees.
* Manage shop accounting procedures, including banking, till receipts, transactions, and cash handling.
* Take responsibility for inventory and security of all equipment and fittings.
* Lead and support on-going store and community-based fundraising events.
* Promote the Vision Ireland brand through local channels.
* Ensure health and safety obligations are met.
