O'Hare Group is currently recruiting for an experienced Deli Supervisor for Maxol Service Station.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for running the Deli Department on a day-to-day basis to meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure all HACCP and food safety standards are met, and that all documentation is up to date.
* Handle stock and waste control of the Deli products.
* Bring forward new ideas to increase sales and standards within the department.
* Manage the day-to-day management of the Deli operations and the employees to improve sales performance.
* Supervise employees in various duties such as cooking, serving, packaging, and operating counters.
* Deal with customer queries to the highest possible standards.
* Encourage an atmosphere of good Customer Service and teamwork within the Deli area.
* Complete any back-office administrative duties as required.
* Assist in preparation of inventory and sales budgets.
* Provide training to staff on company policies and sales guidelines.
Requirements
* The ability to work in high-pressure situations.
* Previous fresh food/Deli Management experience.
* Food Safety and Hygiene HACCP course complete.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a high level of confidence.
