We leverage external and internal partners to execute our strategic vision, offering the best-in-class support to an ever-growing supplier base. As the leader of the BPO & Tier 1 Operations team, you will work at the core of E-commerce; operating at the intersection between customers, suppliers, and technology! Collaborating daily with cross-functional teams to uphold our provision to an ever-growing supplier base.

* PARTNERS- to strategize, identify and resolve platform issues
* TEAMS- to ensure supplier issues are resolved and teams are educated on integrations and inventory best practices.
What You’ll Do
As the leader of this team, you will utilize project management, communication, problem solving, stakeholder management, and analytical skills to:
* Lead daily and systemic issue resolution and educational initiatives working across diverse internal and external stakeholders. Managing a team of 5+ globally distributed direct reports and 2+ external contractors.
* Create and drive the agenda for integration and inventory issue resolution & outreach with suppliers, coordinating work with supplier account managers to scale our impact.
* Work with product and technical stakeholders at Wayfair to prioritize new capabilities/improvements and their adoption, and facilitate feedback from suppliers on developing capabilities.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure best practices, Implement changes to internal process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
* Scope and lead end-to-end execution of strategic projects focused on increasing EDI/API integration utilization and operational efficiencies and building greater transparency on integrations for internal/external stakeholders.
* Navigate various levels and departments within Wayfair to connect with the appropriate teams to create effective process flows between internal and external stakeholders to streamline integration operations and new feature rollouts.
* Extract and communicate relevant insights and learnings with stakeholders to create a shared understanding around supplier concerns.
* Act as the voice-of-the-supplier and operational agents by partnering with Product-Owner and Tech teams to ensure suppliers and agents have the self-service tools to improve their ability to manage their business on the Wayfair Platform.

What You’ll Need
* Demonstrable experience successfully managing people and teams (circa 5+); ideally within an operational support, ecommerce, supply chain and/or project management focused environment.
* Display a people-focused approach to nurturing, coaching and developing individuals, cultivating a positive environment for delivering consistent high team performance.
* Exceptional analytical abilities, with a track record of converting data into actionable insights.
* A passion for solving problems, with a naturally inquisitive and creative mindset paired with an innovative approach to troubleshoot, resolve and improve.
* Effective communication skills (both written and verbal), someone who can clearly and concisely summarize, whilst positively influencing across all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
* Capability to think strategically and tactically combined with the resilience to effectively tackle challenges and repeatedly deliver despite obstacles and limited resources.
* A customer-centric approach, and the ability to build positive partnerships with internal and external groups to optimize performance.
* Proficient IT navigation and application skills (Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office).
