The ideal candidate will contribute to the smooth operation of the finance function as a vital team member.
* Accounts Payable Function: Manage and process accounts payable transactions efficiently.
* Accounts Receivable Function: Handle and reconcile accounts receivable transactions accurately.
* Monthly Management Accounts and Month-End Close Procedures: Assist in preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts and ensuring timely completion of month-end procedures.
* Accruals/Prepayments Processing: Process accruals and prepayments in accordance with financial regulations and standards.
* Annual Audits Assistance: Provide support during annual audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
* Cash Management and Banking Services: Manage cash flow, bank relationships, and associated banking services effectively.
* Systems Automation Support: Assist in implementing upcoming systems automation initiatives.
* Payroll Administration: Manage payroll processes and related administrative tasks.
* VAT and Statutory Returns: Prepare and submit VAT, Intrastat, VIES, RCT, and CSO returns in a timely manner.
* Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform other assigned tasks and responsibilities as required by the team or management.
