By combining quality management, coaching, and learning with advanced AI Analytics, we help hundreds of customers worldwide to be operationally efficient, scale their contact centres, improve agent performance, and enhance overall customer experience. As we scale, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. This is a key role within the organization, responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management and ensuring that our workplace fosters employee engagement, compliance, and continuous development.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
2. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure legal compliance and consistency across the organization.
3. Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related issues, including conflict resolution, employee development, and organizational changes.
4. Partner with leadership to develop workforce planning strategies, employee retention programs, and talent development initiatives.
5. Ensure that mandatory and other training are efficiently organized and delivered.
6. Gather employee feedback and provide routine reporting of metrics in relation to staff.
7. Lead and support initiatives to promote employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
8. Be a member of the management team and assist in strategy planning and implementation.
Candidate Requirements:
1. 3 years’ + experience in a HR management role.
2. Strong knowledge of HR and Health and Safety laws and regulations, as well as best practices in HR management.
3. Prior experience in the technology or SaaS sector is an advantage.
4. 3rd level qualification in HR or related discipline.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
