Sales Administrator/Customer Service- Dublin 12
My client is a really successful Irish business who supply their own brand food products to retailers and foodservice establishments nationwide.
Due to an internal promotion, they now have a vacancy for a Customer Service/Sales Administrator to join their Dublin 12 office.
This is Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5pm with a 4pm finish on a Friday and one day working from home when this person is settled.
For the right person there may be an option to do less than full time hours – minimum 25.
Training will be given in this job so I am open to someone early in their career who would like to join a brilliant company and learn the ropes.
As Sales Support/Customer Service you will have an outgoing bubbly personality, coupled with a can-do attitude and always happy to learn and take on new tasks
You must have excellent oral and written English and be computer literate.

Salary & Benefits : €30k-€33k negotiable but must reflect experience, Bonus, 7.5% Pension Contribution, Free Parking Onsite.
Responsibilities for the job of Sales Support Administrator :
1. Daily processing of orders through sage
2. Liaise with the third-party transport company
3. Communicate delivery arrangements with customers
4. Liaise with the warehouse to ensure all orders are processed
5. Maintain the weekly delivery list and keep track of all orders
6. Deal with any general customer service queries via phone and email
7. Report any quality issues or complaints to senior management
8. There may be other duties when covering staff members
