Role Overview
This is a full-time, permanent CRM Executive role based in Kildare with our client, a public sector organisation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data-driven marketing, audience segmentation and CRM analytics to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and optimise the CRM strategy to drive customer engagement
* Develop targeted marketing campaigns using audience insights
* Use segmentation and data analytics to personalise communications
* Manage CRM platforms, with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
* Track campaign performance and customer behaviour to provide key insights
* E nsure data integrity and GDPR compliance
Requirements:
* Degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or relevant work experience
* At least two years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or customer insights
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, DotDigital, or Mailchimp
* Strong data analysis and segmentation skills
* Familiarity with automated marketing and personalisation tools
* Knowledge of the sports or entertainment industry is a plus
