Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome on arrival and during their stay from all department personnel.
2. Monitor and control front office cash transactions, float, and till procedures in accordance with company policy.
3. Familiarize departmental staff with sales and promotional principles to promote hotel outlets.
4. Liaise with the Accommodation Manager/Supervisor regarding rooms status, VIPs, and allocations.
Requirements
* Minimum one year supervisory experience in a front office department.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to oversee and delegate work to others.
* A warm, friendly, and approachable personality when dealing with fellow staff and guests.
