o Location: Primarily at our new Women's Health Clinic with coverage at Raheny Medical
* Responsibilities:
o Answer incoming calls and redirect as necessary
o Manage patient appointments
o Meet and greet patients
o Cash handling and issuing receipts
o Maintain GMS records
o Prepare prescriptions
o Scanning and filing
o Other duties assigned by Practice Manager or GP
* Requirements:
o 2 years medical administration/reception/customer service experience
o Fast-paced environment experience
o Excellent interpersonal, communication, and telephone skills
o Strong Multi-Tasking Skills
o Computer literate in Word/Excel/E-mail
o Willingness to be a team player and work on own initiative
o Excellent organisational skills
o Flexible attitude to changing work practices
