CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - ROMANIAN/ENGLISH
We are seeking a skilled Romanian speaking customer service representative to join our team at a Galway based healthcare business. This is a permanent role reporting directly to the customer service manager, working on-site Monday to Friday.
This position offers flexibility, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid arrangement upon successful completion of training.
Responsibilities:
* Responding to customer and employee inquiries in an efficient and effective manner, resolving issues and complaints related to our products and services.
* Maintaining knowledge of company facilities, websites, products, promotions, policies, and procedures.
* Representing the company in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
* Ensuring all documentation meets in-house standards and adheres to established procedures.
* Working safely at all times.
* Reporting directly to the Customer Service Team Leader.
Requirements:
* Fluency in spoken and written Romanian and English.
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Call Centre or Customer Service department (desirable but not essential).
* Strong communication skills.
* Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
