Clinical Diagnostics Training & Application Specialist Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Clinical Diagnostics division as a Field Based Training & Application Specialist.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to support existing customers in clinical/pathology laboratories within major public and private hospitals across the territory. As a Training & Application Specialist, you will be responsible for providing on-going training and product support onsite to customers, working across the Clinical Diagnostics portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support and training to customers in clinical/pathology laboratories
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
* Maintain strong relationships with customers to drive business growth and retention
Requirements:
* Relevant 3rd level qualification (e.g. science, engineering)
* Technical proficiency in Clinical Diagnostics and related fields
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Fully qualified driver's license
