They are seeking a Depositary Assistant Manager (AVP) for their growing team in Dublin City Centre. About The Role As a core member of the team you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to minimize operational risks and ensure our clients experience seamless delivery across banking services.
Your Role: Establish and maintain a robust control environment to ensure the Bank meets its depositary obligations. Develop and implement depositary procedures, review programmes, and checklists, while maintaining the departmental procedures manual in a standardised format. Review and approve all depositary-related work, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Stay up to date with relevant business, technical, and regulatory developments, including AIFMD and UCITS regulations. Lead on-site inspections of internal services, and schedule and attend regular client service meetings. Work directly with clients to resolve queries and escalate any issues as needed. Provide departmental reports to management and contribute to the training, development, and motivation of the team, fostering a positive work environment. About You: You hold a third-level qualification in Business, Finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 6 years' experience in depositary, custody, or trustee services within the funds industry. You have in-depth knowledge of hedge funds, prime broker arrangements, and AIFMD/UCITS regulations. You possess strong team management experience and can lead effectively. You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills. You have experience managing projects and working in a dynamic environment.
