Job Title: Site Clerk
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Clerk to join our client's team in Navan. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the site team, ensuring the smooth operation of projects.
Responsibilities
* Provide reception and office administration services;
* Manage incoming project emails and scan site diaries, allocation sheets, and labour reports;
* Typing up Design Team, Subcontractor, and Internal Minutes;
* Compile Progress Reports and assist with BCAR Submissions;
* Maintain contact details of all Organisations & Contacts relating to projects;
* Manage drawing distribution and maintain drawing registers;
* Administer Quality Plans and check quality plans are being maintained by site staff;
* Manage Material Records and Returns, ordering materials & plant/hire;
* Upload delivery dockets onto spreadsheet and send original dockets to accounts in head office;
* Retail Contractual Documents on our system and compile Safety file/O&M Manuals at the end of each project.
Requirements
* Preferably 12 months+ Construction administrative experience;
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Power Point;
* Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills;
* Independent, self-motivated, and flexible to handle multiple and changing priorities.
