Job purpose: Provides timely, accurate, creative and implementable legal advice to the Transitions business to protect and defend Transitions interests in both public and private forums.
Assist management in conducting business in an efficient and profitable manner in compliance with the law and company policies.
Key Responsibilities: Contract review and negotiation Regulatory compliance Human Resource issues Litigation management Review of commercial practices Corporate governance Subsidiary corporate maintenance Support of global and regional marketing, Marketing claims and Trademark Regulatory issues, including: device manufacturing regulations; GDPR and privacy Your profile: Law degree Solid relevant professional experience - preferably In-house experience, corporate law expertise Experience with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts General understanding of intellectual property issues, including IP licenses Successful track record of exercising independent judgment including the ability to make decisions that balance business & legal priorities Readiness to manage the complexity & workload MS Office knowledge Agility and willingness to learn Readiness to navigate in a dynamic work environment, to deal with multitasking Open-minded profile Additional assets: Experience in distribution & customer agreements General understanding of marketing & promotion laws #J-18808-Ljbffr
