Overview ACompliance Manager with previous MiFID experience is being sought by a paymentsfirm in Dublin city centre. In this role, youll be working with senior stakeholders across the business in agreeing and implementing the ComplianceMonitoring Plan as well as overseeing ComplianceRisk Assessment. Working as 'right hand' to the Head of Compliance your scope will include broad Compliance issues with aparticular focus on MiFID regulations. Youll also be responsible formonitoring upstream regulatory developments, assessing potential business impact and coordinating implementation across the division. Your Day-to-Day Identify, assess, monitor & report on Compliance Risk for the firm. Provide expert compliance advice across the business including advising on new products/business proposals, contributing to policy documents & providing training on Compliance issues. Draft & implement the annual MiFID compliance plan as well as developing the overall MiFID compliance framework. Support the Head of Compliance with regulatory communications, regulatory returns and regulatory reviews/audits. Participate in project groups to assess and prepare for new regulatory developments as they happen. Your Background Experienced Compliance professional with experience in financial services and/orthorough knowledge of MiFID. Abusiness-focused understanding of Compliance and its impact in supporting the business. Further study in Compliance (ACOI, LCOI, ICA, etc.) would be an advantage.
