Office Administrator
We are seeking a self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills to join our busy team as an Office Administrator.
The Role:
* Provide diverse, confidential, and general administrative support, exercising discretion as needed.
* Provide administrative support for specific projects, including office maintenance and file management.
* Act as the logistics coordinator and cover reception area from time to time, ensuring smooth operation of customer visits.
* Meet and greet customers upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
* Ensure Time & Attendance data entries are updated on a weekly basis, ensuring annual leave/sick leave records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with policies.
* Serve as the liaison with other departments to resolve day-to-day administrative and operational issues.
* Manage travel arrangements for the team & client customers.
* Prepare and manage various documents, including letters of invitation, reports, presentations, and invoices.
* Event Organization: Organize internal and external events, such as training sessions, offsite meetings, team-building activities, and social events.
* Online purchasing of electronic components and manage incoming invoices, route them for relevant approvals, and respond to invoice queries.
* Acquire knowledge to respond to queries, take ownership of issues, and communicate resolutions in a timely manner.
* Ability to prioritize and manage a busy workload efficiently.
Your Skills / Experience:
* Prior experience as a Senior Administrator / Executive PA/office administration role is essential.
* Experience in a multinational environment would be an added advantage.
* Strong written and verbal communications skills.
* Strong PC skills, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Calendar, SharePoint.
* A flexible approach to work and be capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The Offer:
This role is a contract position with base salary depending on skills/experience (€33,000-35,000) paid weekly. The role will be Hybrid 4 days on site in Limerick once training has been completed.
