Kylemore Cars is Ireland’s leading independent used car retailer, with +800 cars in stock. As a result of ongoing business growth, we are currently recruiting for a Sales Reporting Analyst to join our team.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Sales Reporting Analyst will support the implementation of the company’s sales growth strategy through interpretation of our growing data set and use of key system functionality.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Collect, process and perform analyses to discover useful information and recommendations which will enhance sales performance and forecasting.
2. Develop and maintain sales analytical tools, leading identified analytical projects that will enhance sales efficiency and customer service.
3. Develop and maintain adequate reporting controls that ensures data quality, integrity and internal reporting accuracy.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure sales performance is aligned with wider company objectives and improve data literacy and analytic capabilities across the company.
5. Assist the Business Intelligence Analyst and Chief Operating Officer with wider analytic projects, as required.
Required skills:
1. Proficient analytical skills, including data cleaning and statistical analysis; Tableau, SQL knowledge a key advantage.
2. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
3. Self-starter with great planning and organisational skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with technical and non-technical colleagues.
Education & Experience:
1. Relevant Business Intelligence / Data Science academic qualification(s).
2. Prior experience working with and influencing sales teams to improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) a key advantage.
3. Experience in setting up data infrastructure or processes to handle raw data for reporting purposes, including automation of data collection and cleaning.
4. Ability to assist in structuring and organising raw data for reporting, ensuring consistency and reliability across datasets.
5. Familiarity with data management tools or platforms (e.g., ETL tools) to improve reporting efficiency and data quality.
6. Must speak fluent English. All applicants must hold a Stamp 4, EU passport or Irish Citizenship.
