Job Title: Electrical Technician
A Permanent position based in Ringaskiddy, with 39 hours per week overview.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform technical maintenance on electrical equipment at client sites, ensuring compliance and safety standards are met.
* Develop strong relationships with clients and work collaboratively within a high-performance team to deliver world-class facility services.
* Troubleshoot MCC 240 V and 400 V problems with electrical control and utilities equipment as necessary, under the direction of site supervisors.
* Complete site documentation before and after work tasks, as appropriate.
* Liaise with sub-contractors during planned service maintenance.
Day-to-Day Role:
* Carry out work as per schedule supplied by the Contract Manager and as per site policies, schedules and procedures.
* Participate in training programs and ensure ongoing professional development.
* Conduct Risk Assessments of Equipment Maintenance Task List steps and maintain validity.
* Update maintenance task lists as necessary.
* Review Periodic EWI/SOP documents to ensure current and valid information.
Requirements:
* 10+ years of electrical experience, with a good understanding of basic fundamentals of various utilities systems.
* Familiarity with building management systems (Scada), Preventive Maintenance Systems, and Computerized Maintenance Management Work Order systems.
* Experience with troubleshooting/repair of electrical systems, mechanical systems, and related instrumentation.
* Six Sigma qualification, supervisory/management qualifications, and senior trades certifications.
* Pharmaceutical experience within a regulated environment, with a focus on maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial utilities.
