Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute outbound and inbound internet and phone campaigns.
2. Ensure all leads are followed up with in a timely manner.
3. Work closely with executive and department managers to develop appointment setting strategies.
4. Answer customer inquiries and calls when necessary.
Requirements
1. Strong communication, organization, time management, computer and basic math skills.
2. Previous call center experience a plus.
3. Team player with positive energy and an eagerness to improve.
4. Competitive and self-motivated attitude that thrives on goals.
5. Previous sales experience.
6. Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
