Project Manager Job Description
The Project Manager will oversee the coordination of design information and site works delivered by in-house teams and third-party contractors, managing multidisciplinary civil, mechanical, process, and electrical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with PSCS, PSDP, Client, and other stakeholders.
* Perform duties for Project Supervisor for both Construction Stage and Design Process.
* Supervise and manage in-house and external contractors on-site.
* Respond to Client technical requests and manage project documentation (e.g., reports, drawings, specifications, H&S plans).
* Manage project budgets, timelines, and delivery plans.
* Provide input to bids and manage project delivery.
Requirements:
* Postgraduate degree in Engineering or related field; Project Management qualifications preferred.
* Minimum 5 years in Civil, Water, and Wastewater industries, with a proven track record in managing design-build contracts.
* Strong knowledge of water/wastewater processes, FIDIC/NEC/Public Works contracts, MS Office, MS Project/Primavera, and BIM software.
* Highly motivated, target-driven, excellent communication and organizational skills, commercial acumen, and integrity.
* Desirable: Chartered Engineer status. Estimating and resource scheduling experience.
