Our state-of-the-art biotech facility in Kinsale is home to manufacturing, laboratory, and pilot plant facilities. Responsibilities:As an Upstream TSMS student, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects within the upstream manufacturing processes. The successful applicant will build technical expertise in upstream. They will work as part of a cross functional process team. You will work alongside experienced professionals who will mentor and guide you throughout your placement. You will also participate in training, field tours, volunteer activities and networking events that will enhance your learning and development.Attributes for the Role• Have an in-depth knowledge of the science behind the molecule and the Kinsale biotech manufacturing processes• Understand the process control strategy for biotech products.• Prepare, review, approve and provide technical support for preparation of relevant technical documents • Understand and ensure compliance with safety, compliance, and regulatory expectations.Basic Requirements:Currently enrolled fulltime degree in Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Analytical Science, Biochemical Engineering, or related discipline.Additional Skills/Preferences:· Demonstrated technical capability with high productivity· Proven track record of curiosity with learning agility· Self-starter with high initiative and data-driven approach to problem-solving· Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills· Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills· Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility to working in different environments, teams etc.· Demonstrated ability to participate in and facilitate decision-making#WeAreLillyLilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to actively engage in the workforce, ensuring equal opportunities when vying for positions.
