Job Opportunity
This contract position is based in our state-of-the-art Head Office in Maynooth.
The working environment is open-plan with collaborative areas, subsidised canteen, EV charging points, and easy access by car or public transport.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversight of day-to-day office operations ensuring a safe, clean, and productive working environment.
* Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, acting as main point of contact for employee facilities queries.
* Manage office moves and reconfigurations; optimise space utilisation to meet organisational requirements.
* Process purchase orders and invoices related to facilities costs.
* Collaborate with the H&S team to ensure compliance with workplace H&S regulations.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience in facilities management position or similar.
* Experience processing purchase orders and invoices.
* Understanding of workplace health & safety regulations.
* Some project management experience is desired but not essential.

Salary:
€60,000 per annum.
