Office Administrator Cork Residential Developer
AA Euro Group have been retained by a Leading Residential Developer to recruit a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join their team and support the smooth running of their day-to-day office functions.
Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral office administration and clerical duties (filing, data entry, scanning, document management)Answering phones and handling general enquiriesManaging email correspondence and scheduling meetingsLiaising with contractors, suppliers, legal professionals, and local authoritiesSupporting project teams with documentation, reports, and coordinationMaintaining accurate records and assisting with compliance and health & safety documentationOrdering office supplies and managing inventoryAssisting with payroll and accounts administration (experience with Sage or similar software a plus)Supporting senior management with ad-hoc tasks and project supportRequirementsProven experience in a similar administrative or office support roleExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload efficientlyFamiliarity with the construction or property industry (desirable but not essential)Knowledge of accounting software (e.g.
