We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team as Chief Administrative Officer.
This role will provide critical support to our Chief Executive, enabling the efficient running of our Foundation and playing a key part in culture development as we grow.
Key Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations.
Manage schedules and appointments for the Chief Executive.
Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas.
Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
Support the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
