Healthcare HR and Compliance Officer – Disability and Elderly Setting
This is a permanent part-time position, working 24 hours per week in Nenagh, Tipperary.
We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare professional with experience in auditing, HIQA, Risk management and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Level 7 Degree on the QQI Framework in a relevant professional discipline such as Social Care Studies, Social Care Work, Health, ID Nursing or equivalent.
Key responsibilities include:
* Auditing using quality systems
* HIQA regulations and legislative compliance requirements
* Risk Management & Health and Safety in a social care setting
* Quality and safety & service development in a social care setting
* Management of regulated services for elderly people or those with disabilities
The successful candidate will have:
* Proven experience in an auditing/ HIQA preparation/ compliance role
* Post graduate qualification in HR/ Quality Management
* Detailed understanding of current policy and developments at national and sectoral level in relation to Social Care within disability services
