Principal Duties and Responsibilities
We’re looking for a creative, driven, and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, supporting the wider team deliver impactful strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth on behalf of golf clubs and golf entertainment venues owned or operated by Carr Golf Services.
Areas of work
Assist in planning, executing, and evaluating multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Assist in managing CRM programme and ensuring data accuracy for targeted campaigns.
Liaise with Social Media team and design agencies to create engaging content for digital platforms.
Support golf event planning, coordination, and promotional activity (online and offline).
Monitor and report on campaign performance.
Maintain golf club and leisure venue websites, ensuring content is accurate and SEO-optimised.
Work with external agencies, printers, and suppliers as needed
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategy
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
Be data driven – provide analysis with recommendations on how to improve campaign performance.
Execute test and learn programmes to maximise engagement and return.
Strict adherence to confidentiality applies to all aspects of the role, including outside office hours.
Experience
1 years’ experience in a marketing role (agency or in-house).
Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
Experience with tools such as Canva, HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar.
Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A knowledge of CMS platforms is desirable (e.g. WordPress)
A creative mindset with attention to detail.
Analytical mindset with ability to concisely summarise data.
A strong knowledge of golf is desirable
A passion for sport is essential.

Academic/Other Requirements
Marketing or Business Studies related degree
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Full Driving License and own car.
