Assist Field Sales Consultants and Equipment Sales Consultants in finalizing equipment lead opportunities. Generate substantial lead opportunities for Equipment Sales Specialists. Close equipment lead opportunities from diverse customer touchpoints across the business. Job Responsibilities: The incumbent will be responsible for the following: Interact with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or online channels, depending on customer requirements. Coordinate all financial aspects of an equipment sale, ensuring completion of related paperwork in accordance with company policies and customer needs. Complete post-installation handover paperwork and ensure customers have a thorough understanding of equipment usage. Surpass Sales, Gross Profit, and Lost Call targets set by the Line Manager (KPIs). Achieve high accuracy on all orders, upselling and cross-selling using the catalog of value-added services and products. Including Service Contracts on certain product portfolios. Learn, understand, and develop knowledge of the market and competitors; identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators. Log all customer interactions in CRM accurately. Create and assign cases, tasks, and leads/opportunities to relevant departments for action. Maintain up-to-date customer records with accurate descriptions of relevant information. Collaborate with the Field Team when needed to win and grow accounts. Ensure that all written and verbal communication with customers maintains a high standard in both presentation and content. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.
