David Kennedy Recruitment is searching for a Swedish speaking Account Development Representative, to join our client's team in Dublin. Our client is a leader in outsourced inside sales, outsourced partner enablement, and outsourced customer success team
Position: Account Development Representative
Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland
Work model: Hybrid, at least 3 days per week at the office (after training)
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + bonus
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop and implement proactive outreach strategies based on market trends, customer needs, and industry challenges
* Engage with potential clients via various communication channels
* Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
* Effectively communicate the value of the products and services to prospective clients
* Assess client needs and recommend tailored solutions
* Identify and actively pursue new business prospects in the marketplace
* Facilitate meetings and calls between prospective clients and the sales team
* Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance KPIs
* Design, present, and execute market campaigns, while reporting results to internal teams
* Stay informed about the client’s products and services, maintaining up-to-date knowledge
REQUIREMENTS:
* Native or fluent in Swedish (C1 level), and English with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
* Highly driven with a passion for sales and for developing as a sales professional
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Track record of achieving sales quotas
* Experience in Business Development or sales, preferably within the SaaS industry
* Strong sales skills with a solutions-focused mindset, dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences
* Familiarity with CRM systems, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach.IO, and other sales technologies is preferred
* Technologically adept with a keen interest in technology, and the ability to quickly learn, understand, and articulate complex tech concepts
* Demonstrated ability to independently prospect leads and build a robust sales pipeline
