Experienced Sales Manager (Venues/Brands) for busy city centre Food & Beverage Venues Bars, Clubs, Restaurant and Late Night venues
Responsibilities:
* Overall sell, promote and be brand savvy across multiple venues.
* Raising brand awareness & promoting through networking activities, business and social contacts.
* Working in collaboration with Marketing, Comms & Social Media to generate business and campaigns for all venues.
* Meeting local business clients with a view to generating sales and footfall across all venues.
* Developing creative campaigns/events and initiatives to drive sales and spend across the revenue channels.
* Building a database of potential & future clients through consistent and proactive selling.
* Promoting the venues across a calendar of events with proactive calendar management.
* Capturing new business and ideas to promote the venues.
* Demonstrating strong business acumen and understanding of all markets to generate business spend.
Requirements:
* Motivated and results-driven business and client savvy.
* Ability to manage internal/external business relationships in a professional manner with strong stakeholder and client management skills.
* Very effective communication, organisational & administration skills.
* Outgoing personality with a flair for sales, events and social media campaigns.
* Confidence in dealing with a diverse range of clients, customers and potential business contacts.
* Ability to work on own initiative and generate awareness and engagement across multiple venues simultaneously.
* Interest in sports, international events and operating out of hours would be desirable.
