We are growing our sales team in Ireland and we are looking for an experienced and results-oriented sales professional to join us. You will report to our Regional Manager and be based in or close to the Limerick area.
You will have strong business acumen and knowledge in either foodservices, hospitality, or healthcare with a customer-centric approach to selling. Your responsibilities include building and strengthening the existing business within your territory while giving a strong focus on new business acquisition and profitability.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsibility for the ‘new business’ acquisition and profitability.
2. Ownership and development of the strategy for the existing business performance.
3. Be proactive in driving and identifying new business prospects, and ensuring all sales and revenue are explored and captured.
4. Building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external sales and marketing departments, vendors, distributors, and customers.
5. Formulating and implementing an account management plan to ensure that business relations are properly maintained.
6. Provide accurate, timely, and consistent reporting to the Regional Manager.
7. Work effectively with other departments when onboarding new clients ensuring they are fully briefed in all relevant information.
8. Meet and exceed KPIs.
Key Skills Required:
1. A proven track record of achieving results.
2. A good knowledge of using Excel.
3. Proven experience in business development management.
4. Understanding of the procurement sector.
5. Sound negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
6. Strong communication skills are essential with the ability to work in a fluid, fast-paced environment.
7. High levels of organization skills, attention to detail, and being extremely process-driven.
8. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
9. Full clean driving license.
