Vice President of Sales – Nordics & UK&I
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and lead enterprise SaaS sales in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Nordics & UK&I to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
* Enterprise Sales & Account Growth: Identify, engage, and close sales opportunities with Fortune 500 and large enterprise customers, targeting key decision-makers such as CPOs, CFOs, and CIOs.
* Revenue & Quota Management: Own and exceed the sales targets and revenue goals, ensuring strong pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
* Complex Sales Management: Navigate long sales cycles, leveraging consultative and solution-based selling techniques to drive customer success.
* Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
* Market Penetration & Expansion: Work closely with marketing, inside sales, and business development teams to drive brand awareness and generate high-quality leads.
* Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients to ensure long-term success and renewals.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, customer success, and executive leadership teams to align sales strategy with business objectives.
* Industry Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and executive networking forums to position the company as a market leader.
