We are currently recruiting fora Management Accountant for Acquisitions to join our Wholesale & Foodservice Commercial Finance team, reporting to the MWP Senior Management Accountant. Role purpose: Support the Commercial Finance team in all aspects of acquisition management accounting. Integrate acquisitions into Musgrave ways of working, with a focus on alignment of reporting and planning. Support the acquired finance teams in all aspects of onboarding and integration. Support the Wholesale & Foodservice Commercial Finance team in a period of significant change and growth. Key responsibilities will include: Integration of acquisitions into Musgrave ways of working. Lead out on the circulation of weekly performance reports including sales, margin and PBT for acquisitions. Lead out on periodic management accounts consolidation for acquisitions. Lead out on forecasts, budgets and 3YP consolidation for acquisitions. Support the hard close process and YE audits, including accruals and prepayments reviews, advising management on risks within acquisition entities and mitigations. Support the delivery of key acquisition tasks such as GNFR (goods not for resale) benefits. Building relationships with the relevant members of acquired finance teams to collaborate on integration. Working with other finance members and teams as needed to support the acquisition agenda. Support projects within the Wholesale and Foodservice Commercial Finance team as required. The successful candidate will have/be: Professional Accountancy Qualification with a minimum of 1 years PQE Experience of working in a large-scale organisation, with a track-record of delivering high quality results to tight deadlines Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills with ability to build relationships, internally, externally, and cross functionally Excellent communication and influencing skills Project management and change management skills with a drive for process and systems excellence Flexible and adaptable to a continuous improvement working environment. Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities A self-motivated approach to work - can do attitude, well organised to effectively prioritise and deliver high quality results Excellent analytical skills and advanced excel skills with strong attention to detail.
