My Client in North Dublin is seeking an enthusiastic individual with experience in the insurance industry to join their team as a Commercial Administrator. If you have a strong background in Personal Lines and are looking to transition into a Commercial role, this will be of interest to you!
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Minimum APA or be CIP qualified.
2. Knowledge of insurance software such as 'Relay'.
3. Strong communication skills.
Some of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Deliver exceptional service to clients.
2. Ensure timely distribution of client renewal info.
3. Resolve client issues promptly.
4. Handle mid-term adjustments for existing clients.
5. Work cross-functionally within the team to enhance service offerings.
