The Gleneagle Hotel has a new vacancy for a Cash Office Assistant.
This is a part-time role working 3-4 days a week, mainly Monday to Friday with generally 6 hr shifts from 8.30am - 2.30pm, though some weekends and occasional night work (7pm - 2am) may be required.
Main duties will include:
1. Cash office balancing and reconciliation.
2. Depositing cash on specific dates for tills in machines and floats.
3. Balancing and reconciling all tills in the cash office.
4. Inputting balance sheet figures in the cash sheet and Front Office System.
5. Reconciling Cash/Coin On Site.
6. Ensuring service logs are up to date.
7. Assisting in financial month-end reports and procedures.
8. Assisting in finance duties when required.
9. Ensuring Security & Internal Controls are adhered to.
