Job Description
Turner & Townsend has a new opportunity for an infrastructure advisor to join our highly successful and growing Infrastructure Division in either Dublin or Belfast. This is an opportunity to add significant value on some of the largest infrastructure programmes across the island by bringing market-leading solutions to complex infrastructure challenges.
Our team advises across the entire project lifecycle from strategic assessment and organisational design to delivery strategies and in-service asset management. Our core services include:
Inception
1. Strategic plans and prioritisation
2. Project requirements and scoping
3. Strategic assessment reports and business cases
4. Delivery strategy
5. Target operating model
6. Delivery models
7. Procurement and contracting models
Initiation
8. Organisational design and development
9. Capability and resourcing analysis
10. Governance arrangements and ways of working
11. Stakeholder strategies and interface management
12. Systems, data and reporting requirements
13. Risk management strategies
In Flight
14. Progressive assurance
15. Stage gate assessments
16. Turnaround reviews and strategies
17. Benefits realisation and risk management
In service
18. Post project reviews
19. Asset management strategies
20. Learned management
Qualifications
21. Experience as a senior client or as a strategic advisor on major infrastructure programmes / projects, with specific experience in at least 8 of the points outlined above.
22. Degree qualified in relevant discipline. Master’s degree preferred.
23. Professionally qualified in a relevant field.
24. Deep passion for solving infrastructure challenge across the island of Ireland.
25. Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills.
26. Excellent relationship-building, communication, report writing and presentation skills
27. Experience leading client engagements and managing teams to deliver high-quality results.
