Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to connect various areas of our business and positively impact the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Resolve logistics service queries, complaints, and lessons learned with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
* Efficiently manage queries related to our global transportation network delivery service.
* Maintain cross-functional communication with internal customers, including Production Centres, Sales Centres, and Logistics teams.
* Build strong relationships with external parties crucial for Customs & Trade Compliance and external logistics operations.
* Coordinate and resolve disruptions as part of a team effort.
* Monitor and coordinate physical and IT flows (inbound, outbound, returns).
* Provide information on delivery dates or proof of delivery when required.
* Coordinate shipping documents, commercial invoices, AWB, customs, safety data sheets, and other necessary documents.
Requirements:
* Degree in Business or relevant freight forwarding experience with companies like DHL, UPS, DBS, or FedEx.
* Fluent English and Italian or Spanish language skills are essential; other languages are a plus.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Possession of passion for documentation, including work instructions, SOPs, SLAs.
* SAP-Knowledge (Module WM) or expertise in other Transport Management Systems is desirable.
* Able to work under pressure and possess excellent MS Office skills.
* Training and certification in ADR, IMO, and IATA are preferred.
* Experience in Logistics or Customer Service is advantageous.
