Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Spray Painter to join our Accident Repair Centre. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive spray painting, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, mixing paints to match factory colours, and applying paint to vehicle bodies in a way that meets or exceeds manufacturer’s standards.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Spray Painter in an automotive repair setting.
* Strong knowledge of painting equipment, materials, and techniques.
* Experience with water-based paint is essential.
* Ability to mix and apply paint in a manner that meets high quality standards.
* Good understanding of colour theory and colour matching.
* High attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
* Vocational training or certification in auto body painting is preferred but not essential.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
* Mix and match paint to ensure perfect colour alignment with original factory specifications.
* Apply paint to vehicles using spray guns and other equipment, ensuring even coverage and proper thickness.
* Operate heating or drying equipment to accelerate paint drying.
* Perform quality checks on completed jobs to ensure there are no defects.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment by complying with health and safety regulations.
* Keep records of paint usage and supplies to manage inventory effectively.
* Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure timely completion of vehicles.
