Job Title: Dutch Sales Account Executive
Reporting to: Team Leader
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (fully onsite)
Full relocation is offered including permanent accommodation, airport pick up, and support with documentation.
As a successful Dutch Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts and understanding their business needs. You will support our clients by identifying knowledge gaps in their organisation and offering a consultative approach to provide them with access to knowledge experts globally.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage key accounts and provide a high level of customer care, anticipating clients' needs by understanding their business models.
2. Work with key clients on projects, understanding their objectives and analysing data.
3. Manage and maintain the in-house knowledge database and recruit new experts when required.
4. Develop strong internal and external relationships with customers and find innovative ways to enhance the customer experience.
5. Meet and exceed targets while working in a fast-paced environment.
6. Participate in weekly and monthly meetings.
7. Navigate complex compliance requirements and operational procedures that differ with each client and jurisdiction.
Experience
1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, customer service, telesales, and/or account management.
2. CRM proficiency is a plus; high levels of motivation, enthusiasm, and an innovative approach are preferred.
3. A natural attitude towards providing excellent quality service.
4. Excellent telephone manner is essential.
5. Good team player with a flexible and cooperative attitude.
6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective long-term relationships.
7. Ability to develop positive business relationships and to ‘close’ a sale.
8. Excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills.
