The Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be working within and promoting our Company Values - Be Brave, Be Wise, Be Proud and Exceed.
You will be supporting a financial client with their growth in the Irish market.
The mission of your team is to provide best-in-class support to customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Manage inbound and outbound phone calls in an efficient and timely manner.
* Collating information from customers via these telephone calls.
* Receiving inbound calls from customers through a virtual call centre, answering various questions.
* Ensure that all customer records are kept up to date in accordance with relevant regulations.
* Drive sales to achieve targets.
* Identify, convert, or refer new sales opportunities to meet customer requirements for both regulated and non-regulated products, including cross-selling of relevant products.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 9 months' experience in a customer-facing role.
* Excellent communication (spoken & written English) and interpersonal skills.
* Eagerness to learn and grow with us.
* Eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland and ability to pass background checks.
