About the Opportunity
You will be integral to the Experience Design team, within the Group Customer Office, working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, including subject matter experts and diverse technical teams.
Your Mission
To put the customer at the absolute centre of everything we do, creating service blueprints, wireframes, and prototypes, developing intuitive interaction and navigation models, and communicating usability and accessibility standards.
Main Responsibilities
* Create service blueprints, wireframes, and prototypes.

* Communicate usability and accessibility standards, giving rationales clearly and effectively.
* Present high-level concepts and strategies to business stakeholders.

We are looking for a problem solver who is experienced in design methodologies with a focus on customer experience improvements, an influential team member who can communicate well with senior team members, proactively addressing and resolving dependencies across team boundaries.
Key Qualifications
* Degree or equivalent experience in Psychology/HCI/Anthropology/Computer Science/Design.
* Previous experience in the financial industry.
