Our client is seeking an experienced and skilled ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join their ServiceNow team. If you have a strong background in IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and Security Operations (SecOps), then check out the rest of the requirements and consider applying.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to design effective ServiceNow solutions.
* Develop and implement solutions across ITAM, ITOM, ITSM, and SecOps modules.
* Solve challenging technical problems and provide innovative solutions to enhance platform capabilities.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills by effectively engaging with stakeholders, including presentations and demonstrations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years experience with the ServiceNow platform.
* Strong expertise in ITAM, ITOM, ITSM, and SecOps modules.
* Proven ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement effective ServiceNow applications.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and comfortable speaking and demonstrating to groups.
