Senior Technical Sales Manager My Client is a leading supplier to the plastics processing industry in Ireland.
They manufacture an extensive range of colour and additive masterbatches and compounds as well as distributing a large range of engineering and speciality Polymers.
To support their continued growth, my client is now looking to recruit a Technical Sales Manager.
The role In the position you will be offered a responsible, independent role to manage the market in Ireland and also with responsibility for a small number of overseas accounts.
Manage existing accounts, develop business at existing and new accounts, Develop good working relationships with key technical and commercial decision makers.
This is an exciting and rewarding position for someone who thrives on sales and is confident in their own work and abilities.
Managing full 360 of the companys sales nourishing existing client base and developing new relationships with potential clients Liaising with technical, production and commercial teams to ensure smooth processes Thinking outside the box and offering clients solutions and products to suit their budgets Providing first class customer service to all clients and potential clients Visiting clients across Ireland and discussing/establishing further needs of client Achieving KPIs and Targets set by MD Effective decision making within part of the management team being part of senior management meetings and having an input on changes / recommendations that you see fit Supporting operations required to implement the organizational sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and accomplish financial objectives The person Are you aself-starterthat is able tobuild long term relationships, has the ability towork to targetsand possessesexcellent negotiation skills?Do you have a goodtechnical know how?
