The role is a 6-month temporary position ending on the 30th of June 2025.
The primary focus will involve assisting the current team of Draught Beer Technicians on specific projects nationwide.
This includes planning, installation, withdrawal, and maintenance of Diageo Ireland's permanent and temporary equipment, along with carrying out dispense line cleaning and equipment maintenance and repair.
The role may also include working across any section of the full CPM Guinness Quality Team in the future.
This role will cover work needed in Dublin, County Dublin, the Midlands, and other eastern counties of Ireland.

The primary responsibilities for this role are: Planning, installation, withdrawal, and maintenance of Diageo dispense equipment.Completing dispense line hygiene procedures to a scheduled journey plan.Maintaining a focus on the 7Cs Guinness Quality Standards for every call in the defined territory.Accurate recording of Diageo Ireland assets in trade.Product Quality Tracking and reporting.Carrying out Age of Beer reporting and return beer tagging.Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.Assisting with outlet refurbishments and system upgrades when required.Completing tap resites when required.Installing and withdrawing dispense equipment, including permanent and temporary equipment when required.Ensuring all tasks are completed to company standards and within all specified SLAs.Operating in an effective, efficient, and professional manner when completing all tasks and representing CPM and our client Diageo.Working within industry health and safety standards.Generating new ideas and ways of working.Consistently striving to reach the highest standards of performance for customers.Ensuring effective and efficient operation to complete all tasks.Undertaking any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager.Experience: Full driving licence is essential.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to build and maintain excellent client and customer relationships.Demonstrated ability to manage clients and customers professionally.Knowledge of beer dispense systems and equipment is desirable.Knowledge of beer dispense fault finding is desirable.Target-driven with a proven record of achieving KPIs.Organised and able to manage multiple priorities.Excellent commercial awareness.Energetic and enthusiastic.Previous electrical or plumbing experience is desirable.Experience diagnosing faults.Comfortable using an iPad and iPad apps for reporting purposes.Awareness of health and safety and PPE in the workplace.Qualifications: Education to Leaving Certificate.Qualification in a trade is desirable.Benefits: Competitive salary.Companywide recognition awards + regular company events and activities.Discounted health insurance.Access to company pension provider.IVF support policy.Enhanced maternity & paternity pay.Reward & recognition through our People Awards Scheme.Fast career development and progression opportunities for performers from 6 months.Employee Assistance Program.Active diversity and inclusion teams across the business.Regular company social events and activities.Bike to Work Scheme.TaxSaver Scheme – discounted travel tickets.Employee Referral Payment Scheme.Structured personal development plan.
